• Delete LDAP Filter: Criteria to include or exclude speciﬁc users in the LDAP deleted users

directory. Add to the default for special cases. For Domino, ignore this ﬁeld bec ause it

is not enabled.

• LDAP Query return attributes: List of return attributes. For example:

For Exchange, use the default attributes unless your LDAP schema requires mapping changes.

For Domino, use the following attributes: uid,sn,modifytimestamp,c reatetimestamp,cn,given-

Name,mail,s n,do minouid,dominodn. The user name is mapped to the Domino u id. The

Domino “Username” attribute can contain multiple user names, but only the p rimary user

name is imported to RISS.

• Role M anag er Function: In nearly all cases, select No .SelectYes only if role management

is conﬁ gured.

•UserRoleDeﬁnitions: Used only if role manag em ent is conﬁgured. Contact your HP Support

representative for more information.

8. Click Next Step to create the job.

9. To assign this job to an HTTP portal, click Assign Jo b.SeeAssigning HTTP portals for further

Before runn

ing a DAS job, assign the job to an HTTP portal on which to run. Only one job can be

assigned t

o an HTT P portal. If all HTTP portals are being used, reassign the HTTP por tal from another job.

To assign an HTTP por tal to a job:

1. In the User Management view or if you just created a job an d have not yet returned to User

Management view, click Assign Job.

2. Complete the form by entering the following:

• DAS server IP: IP of the DAS HTTP portal where DAS runs this con ﬁguration.

•Conﬁguration Enabled: Select Activated to enable it. If not enabled, job c annot b e

scheduled or started with this console.

• DAS server State: Do not change.

• Job Fre quency: Number of minutes between job runs. Enter 0 to run the job once.

3. Depending on the view from which you started, click Save or Assign Job.
