2. To edit the job, click Edit and then click Ed it again to edit that corresponding section (LDAP
connection, job mapping, or HTTP portal assignment).
3. To delete the job, click Delete.
Managing available HTTP portals
To start, stop, or restart the H TTP portals from the User Management view:
1. In the User Management view, click Controls or start/stop/restart next to Available HTTP Ser ver(s).
2. Use the Ap plication Management view to control the H TTP portals. Se e "Application
Management" on page 35 for further instructions.
Editing or deleting available LDAP conne ctions
To edit or delete an LDAP connection:
1. In the User Managem ent view, click the name of the connection you want to edit or delete.
2. To edit the connection, click Edit, complete the form, and click Save.
3. To delete the connection, click Del ete .
Viewing DAS history logs
The DAS jobs history log provides a list of job runs for each congured active job. The log includes the
job name, the number of users that were added, deleted, and updated, job status, and when the job
was compl
eted.
To display the DAS jobs history logs:
1. IntheUserManagementview,scrolltothebottom. Thehistorylogprovidesalistofthelastjob
run for ea ch active job.
2. Complete any of the following tasks:

lay HTTP and LDAP server information for a job listed in the history log, hold your
mouse c
ursoroverthejobname. Atooltipdisplaystheinformation.
To check on the status of a job, check the icon in the Status column. For example, the green
icon indicates the job is Complete. Youcanalsopointtotheicontodisplayatooltip
showi
ng the status.
To disp lay a h istory of the previous runs for a specic DAS job, click the job name.
RISS Information v iew
The RISS Information view is an administrative tool tha t displays hardware and conguration information
about the RISS.
Displaying the RISS Information view
To display the RISS Information view:
Click RISS Information in the left menu.
Viewing system and domain information
The upper portion of the RISS Information view shows system information as well as domain information
such as whether indexing or replication is enabled, supported document types, retention periods, domain
type (Exchange or Domino), and so forth.
