• Delete Messages: Select the De lete Messages check box if you want to change the Delete
Messages default value from Yes to No. This value indicates whether messages should be
deleted from the journal mailbox Inbox folder and moved to the Deleted Items folder af ter the
messages have been archived on the RISS.
• Clear Deleted Items: Select the Clear Deleted Items check box if you want to change the Clear
Deleted Items default value from Yes to No. This value indicates whether messages should be
cleared from the Deleted Items folder after the m essage has been archived on the RISS. Up to 250
messages will collect in the Deleted Items folder before it is cleared o ut.
After ma k ing the changes, click Apply, a nd then click Close to finalize the changes.

Editing tombstone m aintenance events
The Tombstone Maintenance Event window has several options that can be set:

• Enabled check box: Use to enable or disable an event. The default value is Disabled .
• Override: Select the Override check box if you want to change the Enable OWA Support default
value from No to Yes.
