Process Information
Status:
No error conditions for any journal mining process on the journal mailbox.
A journal mining process is in a retry state.
A journal mining process is in a failed state.
Active: The number of journal mining processes that were executing at the
time statistics were collected.
Failed: The number of journal mining processes that were in a failed state
at the time statistics were collected.
Retry: The number of journal mining processes that were in a retry state at the
time statistics were collected.
Completed: The number of journal mining processes that had completed
processing at the time statistics were collected.
Queued: The number of journal mining processes that were queued for
execution at the time statistics were collected.
Message Statistics
Process
ed: The number of messages that have been processed. Note that
processed means different things depending on the context in which it is
displayed.
Submitted: The number of messages that were submit ted to the RISS for
archiving.
Tombstoned: The number of messages that were replaced with stubs on the
Exchange server.
Ignored: The number of messages that were ignored. Note that ignored means
diff
erent things depending on the context in which it is displayed.

cted: The number of messages that were rejected because there was
som
ething wrong with the original MAPI message, possibly m essage corruption
on t
he Exchange server.
Ave
rage Processing Rate (msg/sec): The average processing rate.
Processes in Failed or
Retry State
Entry: This information helps identify the process that has entered a failed or
retry state. An icon identies the state:
A minor error has occurred. These errors will be retried.
A major error has occurred. These errors will not be retried.
Status: The problem that caused the process to enter a failed or retry state.
Proc: The number of messages that were processed before the condition
occurred.
Tomb: The number of messages that were tombstoned before the condition
occurred.
Sub: The number of messages that were submitted to the RISS before the
condition occurred.
Rej:Thenumberofmessagesthatwererejectedbeforetheconditionoccurred.
Ign:Thenumberofmessagesthatwereignoredbeforetheconditionoccurred.
Elapsed: The number of elapsed seconds of processing before the condition
occurred.
Last Run: The date and tim e that the condition occurred.
