HP StorageWorks SVSP Plug-in for Oracle Enterprise Manager User Guide (5697-0461, May 2010)

There are a few reports that filter the data presented in the graph. For example, some of the reports
can show tens to hundreds of objects. If a graph shows all of this data, it would be unreadable. When
processing a large number of objects, the data points are limited to 10 in the graphs, but all of the
data points are shown in tabular format at the bottom of the page.
The basic rules for limiting graph data elements are:
The filtering process limits the data that has the most capacity or allocated capacity (the biggest)
defined in descending order.
The filtering process limits the top 10 objects that have the smallest free capacity in ascending
order.
For example, the following report has 13 data elements associated with it. The filtering process limits
the graph to the top 10 data elements that have the largest total capacity and to the top 10 data
elements that have the largest allocated capacity. The data in the tabular form at the bottom of the
page will show all of the data in increments of 10.
