The type of connections over which the VSM servers of the local SVSP domain
recognize the HBA. Possible values:
LocalThe host is the active VSM server that manages the SVSP domain to
which you are connected.
FCThe host is recognized by VSM servers of the local SVSP domain only
over Fibre Channel connections.
iSCSIThe host is recognized by VSM servers of the local SVSP domain only
over iSCSI connections.
MixedThe remote host is recognized by VSM servers of the local SVSP domain
over both iSCSI and Fibre Channel connections.
Connection Type
A free text display field.Comment
The time the VSM created the HBA object.Creation Time
The user who created the HBA. The value is always system since the VSM creates
the object when the VSM server first detects the HBA.
Created By
The time the HBA was last modified.Modification Time
The user who last modified the HBA. To modify the text that appears here, right-
click the HBA and select Manage > Edit Comment. You can use this field for any
purpose.

Host informationHost Presentation tab
The Host Presentation tab displays all VSM storage elements assigned to the host. This may include
virtual disks, snapshots, virtual disk groups, and virtual disk group snapshots.

setting tunes the SVSP system behavior when the virtual disk is permitted to multiple
hosts (configured as a resource in a cluster application). For a description of
