Viewing the snapshots list
The snapshots list displays all snapshots managed in the domain.
To display the snapshots list:
In the navigation tree, click the Snapshot node. The snapshots list appears in the list area. The following
information is displayed for each snapshot.
Table 88 Snapshot Properties tab fields
DescriptionProperty
The row number.No
The name of the snapshot.Name
The status of the snapshot. Possible values:
NormalThe status of all the virtual disks from which the snapshot is constructed
is normal. This includes an original virtual disk, the temporary virtual disk cre-
ated for at least one PiT, and the temporary virtual disk created to hold modi-
fications to the snapshot itself.
PartialThe status of one of the virtual disks from which the snapshot is con-
structed is partial.
Status
The capacity of the snapshot, which is the same as the capacity of the virtual disk
on which the snapshots source PiT was created.
Capacity
Yes indicates that the virtual disk or VDG is defined as a cluster resource. This
setting tunes the SVSP system behavior when the virtual disk is permitted to multiple
hosts (configured as a resource in a cluster application). For a description of
configuring virtual disks for cluster applications, see Adding applications to virtual
disks on page 120.
Clustered
Shows which hosts have permission to access this snapshot. If a single host has
access permission for the snapshot, the name of that host is displayed. If multiple
hosts have access permission, the value multiple appears.
