Click Reset at any time to clear your search criteria.
3. If you want to save your search criteria to a folder, do the following:
a. Check Add selected items to folder.
b. Click Browse to the right of the Folder field. The Select folder dialog box appears.
c. Select the name of the folder in which you want to save your search results. The folder must
already have been created. For information about creating folders, see Creating
folders on page 317.
d. Click OK. The folder name appears in the Folder field.
NOTE:
If you searched for users, user groups, or permission templates, you cannot save the
results to a folder.
4. If you want to save your search criteria to a query, do the following:
a. Check Add selected items to query.
b. Click Browse to the right of the Query field. The Select query dialog box appears.
c. Select the name of the query in which you want to save your search criteria. The query must
already have been created. For information about creating queries, see Creating new
queries on page 331.
d. Click OK. The query name appears in the Query field.
NOTE:
You cannot save search criteria for users, user groups, or permission templates.
