DescriptionProperty
The number of sectors on each LUN that are not virtualized by VSM. VSM
leaves these sectors free for native operating systems to write data if necessary,
without conflicting with VSM virtual disk mappings.

Viewing stripe set information
You can display detailed information related to each stripe set in the tabs area below the stripe sets
list.
To view information related to a stripe set:
In the stripe sets list, select a stripe set. The following tabs are displayed:
PropertiesProvides the general information about the selected stripe set described in Table 26.
Back-end LUProvides information about each back-end LU included in the stripe set.
Storage Pool If the stripe set belongs to a storage pool, the Storage Pool tab provides information
about the storage pool to which the stripe set belongs.
Virtual DiskProvides information about each virtual disk that is mapped to the stripe set.
Stripe Set SegmentShows which Logical Block Addresses (LBAs) on the stripe set are mapped
to each virtual disk.
SecurityShows which permissions are assigned to users and user groups for managing the stripe
set.
Disabled OperationsShows which operations you cannot currently perform on the stripe set,
and the reason for each. See the release notes for a current list of disabled operations.
These tabs are described in the sections that follow.
Stripe set informationBack-End LU tab
The Back-End LU tab provides the following information about the back-end LUs in the selected stripe
set. You can use the Back-End LU tab to troubleshoot individual back-end LU status in the event that
a stripe sets status is partial or absent.
