Method overview
This method is used to create a VSM PiT on a virtual disk, snapshot, virtual disk group, or group
snapshot.
An instance of a subclass of SynchronizationAspect is created to represent the PiTt together with an
instance of SettingsDefineState associating it to the source VirtualDisk, Snapshot, VirtualDiskGroup,
or Group Snapshot.
