Submitting an SaSnap or faxing a health check to HP Support
One way you may be asked to help troubleshoot an issue is to provide HP Support with information
about your environment. There are two ways this can be performed:
Create an SaSnap (preferred)
Print and fax health check commands
The faxing option is available for locations that are unable to submit system health information
through an Internet connection due to security concerns.

A VSM SaSnap icon has most likely already been installed on your server. If not, the following
procedure begins by describing how to install the icon.
