When the process is complete, the abort button will change to a Start button.
9. Upload the collected log files to HP support.
a. Open Windows Explorer.
b. Navigate to the output directory selected during the VSM SaSnap process.
c. Contact your local support center, and get the appropriate FTP site to use for uploading
the SaSnap files.
d. Upload the files to the site. E-mail the pointer to HP Support and send a copy of the
message to SVSPHealthCheck@hp.com. Include in the e-mail the following: customer
name/point of contact/phone number/e-mail address/installers name, phone number,
and e-mail address.
Print and fax health check commands
Because it is not always possible to remove the SaSnap data from a site due to security concerns,
the following procedure should be used instead. Contact HP Support to obtain a fax number and
make them aware of the imminent notification.
