1. On both Data Path Modules, execute these commands and copy the output to a text file:

• Show debug agentstate (An IP address appears in this output. If it is sensitive, then

delete that line before printing.)

• Show debug wwpn

2. On the VSM, capture screenshots showing:

• Back-end LUs (ensure that the total number of LUs are visible)

• Access paths tab for a sampling of back-end LUs

• HBAs (ensure the total number of HBAs are visible)

• DPM back-end HBA tab for both DPMs

• Front-end HBA tab for both DPMs

• Event Viewer All Logs, with a filter enabled to only show critical and error severity types.

Investigate any critical or error events.

3. Fax this information to HP support.

4. Send a message to SVSPHealthCheck@hp.com stating that the fax was submitted. Include in

the e-mail the following: customer name/point of contact/phone number/e-mail

address/installers name, phone number, and e-mail address.
