Install the Data Path Module into the
cabinet
1. From the front of the cabinet (PCM or air intake side), slide the Data
Path Module (with rail assembly) into the rails mounted in the
cabinet. Make sure that the flanges on the rails that are attached
to the Data Path Module are flat against the cabinet.
2. Line up the flanges so that the top and bottom holes in the flanges
fit over the heads of the 10–32 x 0.38 pan head screws securing
the cabinet rails to the cabinet.

3. After the DPM is installed in the rack, visually inspect the DPM
chassis to make sure the sheet metal is straight with no bowing,
especially along the PCM end. If the chassis is bowed, loosen the
thumbscrew in the middle of the support bracket, support the end
of the chassis in the middle until the sheet metal is straight, and
retighten the thumbscrew.
Install the bezel mounting plate
Fasten the bezel mounting plate onto the air intake side of the cabinet
with two 10–32 x 0.38 pan head screws. Place one screw through the
middle hole on each end of the bezel mounting plate.

Connect the power cords
CAUTION:
Do not connect the power cords to a power source at this time
or possible damage to the equipment may occur.
Place the power cords between the side of the Data Path Module and
the rails and connect the power cords to the PCM.
