Module into a cabinet using the rails provided. HP assumes that you are

qualified in servicing computer equipment, and trained in recognizing

hazards in products with hazardous energy levels.

Attach rails to the Data Path Module Install rails to cabinet 1. 1. 2. Remove the two 4–40 x 0.25 flat head screws from both sides of the Data Path Module. The screws are located toward the Power Cooling Module (PCM). 1 Data Path Module rails 2 4–40 x 0.25 flat head screws 3 Assemble each inner cabinet mounting rail with an outer cabinet mounting rail. Use four 6–32 x 0.38 flat head screws in each rail assembly. In some applications you can use five 6–32 x 0.38 flat head screws.

Install the Data Path Module into the cabinet 1. 2. CAUTION: From the front of the cabinet (PCM or air intake side), slide the Data Path Module (with rail assembly) into the rails mounted in the cabinet. Make sure that the flanges on the rails that are attached to the Data Path Module are flat against the cabinet. Line up the flanges so that the top and bottom holes in the flanges fit over the heads of the 10–32 x 0.38 pan head screws securing the cabinet rails to the cabinet. 1 3.
