the monitor will resynchronize the remote BC.
2—When the parameter is set to 2 and the data
replication link is down, the monitor will only try to
perform resynchronization if a file named MON_RESYNC
exists in the package directory (PKGDIR). The monitor
will not perform any operations to the remote BC (i.e.
split and resynchronize the remote BC). Therefore, this
setting is used when the user wants to manage the
remote BC
