Defect Number Problem and Resolution
SR:8606400216
(JAGaf60172) Problem: ECMT cannot be used with Oracle 10g in a
non-CFS configuration where Oracle binaries reside in
a shared file system. ECMT does not take the status of
the Cluster Synchronization Service daemon (ocssd)
into consideration at the time of package startup and
shutdown. If you try to move the database package
(which is using the ECM Toolkit script) to another
node, it will fail because the toolkit will only shutdown
