QXCR1001256233 — When Metrocluster 3PAR package
is configured with more than one node in either
SGLX_00410(RHEL5), SGLX_00411(RHEL6) and
SGLX_00412 (SLES11)
DC1_NODE_LIST or DC2_NODE_LIST parameter, then the
package fails to start up.
NOTE: When the required patches are installed, then
the Metrocluster with 3PAR Remote Copy for Linux version
B.01.00.00 changes to Metrocluster with 3PAR Remote
Copy for Linux version B.01.00.01.
• Install latest patches, for your version of the Serviceguard.
• In addition, all Linux patches required by Serviceguard are also required in a Metrocluster
with 3PAR Remote Copy for Linux configuration.
NOTE: Patches can be superseded or withdrawn at any time. Be sure to verify the status of any
patch before downloading it.

Known problems and workarounds
The following is a known issue with Metrocluster with 3PAR Remote Copy B.01.00.00:

When the name of the Remote Copy Volume Group contains “.”, the cmcheckconf and
cmapplyconf commands of Metrocluster 3PAR package fails.
