Problem: Serviceguard Manager link not shown in HPSMH or “Service Temporarily Available”
message when SGMgr link is clicked. Serviceguard Manager Tomcat5 or 6 , JDK 1.6 or later and
Tomcat bridge rpms are not installed
Possible Remedy: Users need to install required versions of JAVA and Tomcat and run easy install
script.
Support of other distributions and architectures
HP Serviceguard for Linux, version A.11.20.00 Red Hat 5 and Red Hat 6 x86_64 architecture
The installation scripts are designed to support x86_64 architectures as well as Red Hat 5 and Red
Hat 6 on x86_64.
As with Red Hat 5 or 6, the “development” option should be selected during installation if available.
