ERROR: <MODULE_NAME> admin user <ADMIN_NAME> does not exist
• Verify if the following attributes are installed on a local disk:
Install home directory: INSTALL_HOME◦
◦ Install path directory: INSTALL_PATH
◦ Open Client server install path: OCS_INSTALL_PATH
◦ Password file: PASSWD_FILE
◦ Run scripts: RUNSCRIPT
◦ Interactive SQL executable: {OCS_INSTALL_PATH}/bin/isql
To verify Sybase toolkit package for RS and DRA modules:
• Verify the HEALTHCHK_CMD and HEALTHCHK_RESULT attributes for RS and DRA modules.
If HEALTHCHK_CMD is not specified, the following warning is logged:
"WARNING: <<module-name>>/HEALTHCHK_CMD is not defined in package
configuration."
If HEALTHCHK_CMD is specified and HEALTHCHK_RESULT is not specified, then the following
error message is logged:
ERROR: <<module-name>>/HEALTHCHK_RESULT is not defined for the health
check command <<HEALTHCHK_CMD>>.
Run the cmcheckconf -v 2 command to display the ERROR, WARNING, or INFO messages
during the package verification.
Online modification of the Sybase toolkit package
The Sybase toolkit allows you to re-configure the values of certain package attributes and apply
to the cluster configuration while the package is running.
Table 2 (page 7) lists the attributes that do not support online package modification.

You can configure the Sybase toolkit package to send alert messages by using an email during
an unexpected event. An email is sent when:
• Password file does not exist.
• Password is not present in the password file.
• User or password is not properly configured.
• Abort of processes fails for RS and DRA modules.
