The software resides in the following directories:
For Red Hat:
/usr/local/cmcluster/bin
/usr/local/cmcluster/doc/man
For SLES:
/opt/cmcluster/bin
/opt/drenabler/utils
3. Upgrade the Metrocluster with Continuous Access XP P9000 for Linux from version B.01.00.00
to version B.01.00.10.
For Red Hat:
To update on RHEL 5.x :
a. Extract the patch files from the SGLX_00372.tar file.
b. Run the mcxpp9000update script. You can find the mcxpp9000update script under
the tools directory.
To update on RHEL 6.x :
a. Extract the patch files from the SGLX_00373.tar file.
b. Run the mcxpp9000update script. You can find the mcxpp9000update script under
the tools directory.
For SLES:
a. Extract the patch files from the SGLX_00374.tar file.
b. Run the mcxpp9000update script. You can find the mcxpp9000update script under
the tools directory.
4. Install the XP/P9000 Raid Manager software on each node based on the disk array (XP/P9000)
used in your environment. For more information on installing XP Raid Manager, see HP XP
Raid Manager User’s Guide. For more information on installing XP Raid Manager, see HP
