Managing Cluster Objects
You can use Serviceguard Manager to manipulate clusters, nodes, and
packages. It is possible to start and halt the cluster (including all
packages), bring individual nodes in and out of cluster operation, start or
stop individual packages, and move packages from one node to another.
To perform management operations, select the cluster object, then
display the Actions menu, or else right-click the cluster object to display
a menu that includes possible actions. If a specific action is not
appropriate for a cluster object, it will be greyed out.
An example of cluster management screen is shown in Figure 7-9. The
cluster icon is right-clicked to display a menu of actions. If you click on
Start the Cluster, Serviceguard Manager then issues the commands to
start up the cluster.
