Serviceguard Manager (GUI)
SG/LX cluster can be administered by GUI. The Serviceguard GUI is called Serviceguard Manager which simplifies the
configuration and administration of cluster and packages. Serviceguard Manager is a browser-based management tool
available as HP System Management Homepage (HP SMH) plug-in. HP Serviceguard Manager plug-in for HP SMH can be
launched from any of the nodes of a HP SG/LX cluster with a supported web browser. It is installed and automatically
configured as part of SG/LX installation.
The HP System Insight Manager (HP SIM) can be used to manage multiple SG/LX clusters. The HP SIM shows status and
events from multiple SG/LX clusters, and you can launch HP Serviceguard Manager plug-in from HP SIM for any specific
cluster. Please refer the following diagram to see the HP SMH plug-in launched via HP SIM.
