A.01.00, the “.01” indicates Veritas ™ Storage Foundation version 4.1 and the “.00” indicates
HP Serviceguard version A.11.17.
For each SG SMS version number, the SG SMS product bundles within that version are supported
on HP-UX 11i v2, on HP-UX 11i v3, or on both OS versions. An HP-UX 11i v2 bundle will install
on HP-UX 11i v2 only. An HP-UX 11i v3 bundle will install on HP-UX 11i v3 only.

Understanding HP Serviceguard Storage Management Suite Product Bundles
The HP Serviceguard Storage Management Suite (SG SMS) version A.03.02 bundles for HP-UX
11i v3 include version A.03.02 software and licenses, along with installation and support services
available through product options.
The SG SMS product bundle number format is T27xyab, where the x is 7 for “standard” bundles
and 8 or 9 for HP-UX operating environment bundles. The y can be 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 for each of
the standard SG SMS bundles. The a increments for each Veritas version, starting with B for Veritas
™ Storage Foundation version 4.1, then C for Veritas ™ Storage Foundation version 5.0, and D
for Veritas ™ Storage Foundation version 5.0.1. The b increments for each HP-UX Version, starting
with A for HP–UX 11i v2, then B for HP-UX 11i v3, and so on. These bundles are offered in the
configurations listed in Table 3.
