Known Problems and Workarounds
The following describes known problems for Enterprise Cluster Master Toolkit version B.06.00
and workarounds for them. However, this is subject to change without notice. For the most
current information contact your HP support representative.
QXCR1001052413: The Readme file is updated to reflect that the Oracle Data
Guard Toolkit does not support the RAC use-cases
What is the problem? The Oracle Data Guard Toolkit does not support the Oracle RAC Database
use-cases. However, the Readme file that is shipped with the Oracle Data Guard Toolkit contained
information regarding support for Oracle RAC Database use-cases.
What is the workaround? The Readme file is updated to reflect that the Oracle Data Guard Toolkit
does not support the Oracle RAC use-cases. The fix is available in the form of patch:
• PHSS_41275 for HP-UX 11i v2
• PHSS_41276 for HP-UX 11i v3
Software Availability in Native Languages
The HP Serviceguard Extension for Oracle Data is not available in native language versions.
However, separate native language versions of documentation are available with the following
options:
• ABA: English
• ABJ: Japanese
• AB2: Simplified Chinese
