HBA Support
This solution supports Qlogic host bus adapters (HBAs) for the HP Integrity Servers.
Prerequisites
The HP Storage Essentials SRM Application Integration Software for SAP Adaptive Computing Controller is
supported as a plug-in for integrated environments running HP Storage Essentials SRM Enterprise Edition
and HP Systems Insight Manager (SIM).
The following software is required:
• HP Storage Essentials SRM Enterprise Edition version 6.0 SP1 for Microsoft Windows.
• HP Systems Insight Manager version v.5.1 or 5.2
• HP Storage Essentials SRM/SIM Connector
This version of Application Integration Software for SAP ACC requires the following:
• The environment must follow the HP Storage Essentials system requirements referenced in the HP Storage
Essentials Enterprise Edition support matrix.
It is recommended that you have one HP Storage Essentials SRM discovery group for an HP
StorageWorks Disk Array and Fibre Channel switches.
• The configuration for the HP StorageWorks Disk Array must be consistent with HP storage Essentials
SRM. If HP Storage Essentials SRM is not consistent with the HP StorageWorks Disk Array, run "Get
details" in HP Storage Essentials SRM before any operations in the Application Integration Software for
SAP ACC are performed.
IMPORTANT: Use of applications that change the configuration of a disk array may cause HP Storage
Essentials SRM to become inconsistent with the disk array.
SAP ACC Version 7.1 Requirements
• A SAP ACC v.7.1 with SP06 or later installed.
• The SAP ACC Management Node can be installed on any SAP supported server and operating system
type.
