Prioritizing the order of prompts
To prioritize the order of prompts:
1. Make sure you are in Query View.
The Edit Query button is pressed in when you are working in Query View.
2. Click the Properties tab.
If the Properties tab is not visible, click the Show/Hide Manager button to display the
tab.
The prompts are listed in order in the Prompt Order list box.
3. Select the prompt you want to move and click the up or down arrows to re-position the
select prompt.
When you click Run Query or refresh the document data, the prompts display in the
new order you specified.
