The Custom Sort dailog box appears.
2. Select an item in the list then click the down or up button to the right of the list to move
the item up or down in the list.
3. Repeat step 2 until the items are sorted in the order you want.
4. Click OK.
Web Intelligence sorts the items according to the custom sort order you specified.
To remove a custom sort
1. Right-click the table column/row or section cell on which you have applied a custom
sort, then click
Sort > Custom Sort on the menu.
The Custom Sort dialog box appears
2. Click Delete Custom Sort.
You can also delete a custom sort by using the following procedure:
1. Right-click the table column/row or section cell on which you have applied a custom
sort, then click
Sort > Properties on the menu.
The Sort Properties dialog box opens showing all the sorts defined on the block.
2. Select the sort you want to delete and click Remove.
To view the sorts defined on a block
1. Select any cell in the table.
2. Right-click and select Sort > Properties.
The Sort Properties dialog box opens and shows the list of sorts defined on the table.
