property is.snapshot, ~snapshot, RECYCLE.
NOTE: Only first level directories are excluded from the scan. For example, if the directory
“test” exists at C:\test and C:\\WINNT\system32\test, and you exclude the “test” directory,
only C:\test will be excluded. C:\\WINNT\system32\test will still be scanned.
NOTE: Directory paths are case sensitive.
13.If you want to collect ownership information, click the Collect Ownership Information checkbox
(for Windows File Servers only). If you select the option to collect ownership information, you are
provided with the option to collect user’s usage information based on home directories or
owners. Click the radio button that corresponds to your choice.
NOTE: This feature overrides the global setting available previously through the jboss

File System Viewer Scan Status
You can review the status of the most recent (or current) scan that took place on each of the volumes
on which a scan was started. To check the status of a scan:
1. Click Reports > Storage Essentials > Data Collection > File System Viewer Data in HP
Systems Insight Manager.
2. Click the Scan Status tab.

Server The name of the file server from which this collector gathers
information.
Volume The volume selected for scanning on a file server.
Scan Start The time that the scan began.
Last Status Polled If the scan is still in progress, the latest time status is provided.
Scan End If the scan is completed, the completion time is provided.
No. Of Files The number of files that have been scanned.
Current Directory The directory that is currently being scanned.
