ScheduleFile Name of the database file that contains transmission scheduling information
Values: any valid file name
Default: Schedule.db
If you change the name of the database file, the source daemon must be stopped and restarted to
start logging to the new database file.
ScheduleInterval The number of seconds to wait before checking the transmission schedules to see if transmission
should be started or stopped
