Non-decryptable DF mode tape causes FPGA/blade fault
Symptom:
When a non-decryptable DF mode tape is processed by the BES, it can cause a
DECRYPT_DECOMPRESS timeout/failure, which in some instances can cause other tape jobs to fail.
In the most serious case, the BES or FS8-18 will fault, aborting all tape jobs.
