simulated Oracle d atabase instances.
16. Click the X icon in the upper right corner to close the Congure Simulated Oracle Resources window.

Purging resour
ces
You ca n purge only those resources that are no longer managed by the replication manager. To purge
simulated oracle databases or enabled hosts, go to the appropriate simulator conguration screen and
simply delete them fro m the left had list, then close the dialog. This step must be performed before
deleting any storage systems that may be zoned to one or more hosts.
To purge simulated storage systems, go to the storage conguration dialog and delete the systems in the
left hand list. Then execute the following procedure:

1. From the rep
lication manager m ain window, select Tools > Congure.
The Congur
ation window reopens.
2. In the navigation pane, select Database > Cleanup.
The Cleanup conguration settings window opens i n the right pane.
3. Select the storage array records to be purged and then click OK.
Knowledge of the resources you are managing is d eleted from the replication manager and the
Conguration window closes.
4. To delete enabled hosts from the replication manager, select Enabled Hosts in the navigation pane.
The Enabl
ed Hosts window opens in the content pane.
5. Select the hosts you want to delete and then select Actions > Delete.
The selected hosts are removed from the replication manager.
