help Displays CLUI-client help in the command line window. Cannot be used
with other switches. During an interactive session, use the help command.
-b
block mode
Specifies tha t responses be in block text. B lock text is the default.
-c
CSV mode
Specifies that responses be in comma-separated values.
-f
file name Specifies the full path and file name of the text file to be used for a
file-driven session.
-g
generate a key
Specifiesthataremoteclientsecuritykeybegeneratedandsavedonthe
host. The key i
s used for automated authentication during subsequent
sessions. The
-u, -p,and-h switches are required with the -g switch.
-h
host (mgmt svr)
Specifies the network name and secure port number of the host
(management server) to connect with. If the port number is omitted, port
9001 is assumed. The -p and -u switches are required with the -h switch.
-p
password
Specifies an existing p assword to access the replication man ager. The -u
and -h switches are required with the -p switch.
-r
result code mode
Specifies tha
t responses be in result codes.
-s
storage system
Specifies the storage array to select. An entry is required for
single-command and file-driven sessions.
-t
table text mode
Specifies that responses be tabular.
-u user name
Specifies an existing user name to access the replication manager. The -p
and -h switches are required with the -u switch.
-v
verbose mode
Specifies that responses be verbose. Verbose format is a b lock text that
includes additional details.
-x
XML mode
Specifies that responses be in XML.
