Required tools
The following tools may be needed to service the array controller, cache module,
ECB, PVA module, GLM, and I/O module:
■ Flathead screwdriver for loosening and tightening the I/O module retaining
screws
■ Small Phillips screwdriver for loosening and tightening the GLM access door
screws
■ Pair of thin needle-nose pliers to remove fiber optic cables from the array
controller
■ Antistatic wrist strap
■ Antistatic mat on which to place modules during servicing
