Upgrading or Reverting Software Versions
You upgrade to a new version of the HP EFS WAN Accelerator Manager software or
revert to a previous version of the HP EFS WAN Accelerator Manager software in the
Software Upgrade page.
To upgrade or revert
software version
1. Click the Setup Manager tab to expand the Setup Manager menu.
2. Click Upgrade Software in the left menu to display the Software Upgrade page.

3. Use the controls to complete the desired process, as described in the following
table.
Control Description
Install Software Install from a URL. Select this button and type the URL in the text box to install the
software from a URL.
Install From Local File. Select this button and type the path to install from a file on a
Web browser machine. (To browse to the local file directory, click Browse.)
Install Image. Click Install Image to install the new version of the software.
Schedule Upgrade for Later. Check this box to schedule the upgrade process.
Date. Type the date to run the operation, following the format YYYY/MM/DD.
Time. Type the time to run the operation, following the format HH:MM:SS.
Switch to Backup Version To revert to the previous software version (identified on this page), click Switch to
Backup Version. The process starts immediately.
