To set a static network
route
1. Click the Setup Appliances tab to expand the Setup Appliances menu.
2. Click Appliance Specific in the left menu to expand the Appliance Specific
configuration menu.
3. Click Routing: Main in the left menu to display the Routing page.

4. Use the controls to complete the configuration, as described in the following table.
5. To save the settings permanently, click Save.
To revert to the running configuration, click Reset.
Setting Static In-
Path Network
Routes
You configure static, in-path, network routes for an HP EFS WAN Accelerator in the
In-Path Routing page.
Static, in-path, network rules set the routing table for in-path interfaces.
Control Description
Settings will be applied to
appliance
Select the appliance for which you want to view or modify the configuration from the
drop-down list.
Add New Route Gateway. Type the IP address for the gateway in the text box. The gateway must be in the
same network as the Primary or Auxiliary interface.
Netmask. Type the subnet mask in the text box.
Destination. Type the IP address in the text box.
Add Route. Click this button to add the entry to the list.
Remove Selected Routes. To remove a route, click the check box next to the entry and
click Remove Selected Routes.
