Answer N - The old configuration files will be kept.
3. To install the new Agent, follow the steps listed in"Installing Agent" above.
Note: If in a Cluster, for Version 8.8-1, the Agent may be controlled by caa daemon.
4. Stop the SWCC Client from running on your Windows Client machine.
a. Remove the SWCC Client from the Windows Client machine using:
Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
b. Remove all entries associated with SWCC.
5. To install the new Client, follow the steps listed in"Installing Agent" above.
6. Upgrade your ACS to Version 8.8-1.
7. Remount your FC drives or reconfigure your storage as required.
To rescan the bus on Tru64 Version 5.x systems, type the following:
# hwmgr -scan scsi
# dsfmgr -K
# hwmgr -v dev
To rescan the bus on Tru64 Version 4.x systems, type the following:
# scu scan edt
# scu show edt
8. Restart I/O (applications).
9. Start Client.
