Configuring a Single Controller Using CLI
To configure a single controller using CLI involves the following processes:
■ Verifying the Node ID and Checking for Any Previous Connections.
■ Configuring Controller Settings.
■ Restart the Controller.
■ Setting Time and Verifying all Commands.
■ Plugging in the FC Cable and Verify Connections.
■ Repeating Procedure for Each Host Adapter.
■ Verifying Installation.
Verifying the Node ID and Checking for Any Previous Connections
1. Enter a SHOW THIS command to verify the node ID:
