HP StorageWorks Enterprise File Services WAN Accelerator 3.0.4 release notes (AG421-96006, March 2007)

13145 Fixed an out of memory condition that may occur on 64-bit models.
13184 Fixed problem where modifying a fixed-target rule port label results in an error.
13188 Fixed a potential for a race condition in bulk stat registration.
13265 Fixed a CIFS crash in Smb::RequestBase::set_fid.
13271 When packets with the same MAC address are seen on both the LAN and WAN interfaces, they
are no longer dropped, since that can be a legitimate network topology with the HP EFS WAN
Accelerator on a trunk link with per-VLAN spanning tree and layer 2 load balancing. This means that the
HP EFS WAN Accelerator assumes that the network is loop-free instead of trying to correct problems due to
possible looping.
13279 Fixed CIFS crash in Smb::ReadResponseBuf::decode_names_complete.
13301 Fixed a memory leak that caused admission control to be invoked despite a small number of
connections when using CIFS.
13316 Fixed configuration changes to NFS permissions cache.
13321 Fixed missing blocks in home page traffic overview.
13375 Fixed slow CIFS performance when Microsoft Word on the client is accessing a file on a Network
Appliance server.
13401 Fixed a problem that could cause a crash if broadcast support is enabled.
13431 Fixed a stats problem that caused excessive memory use.
13434 Removed redundant hardware queries on x86_64 that caused excessive memory use, which may
cause a crash after 20–30 days.
Version 3.0.2 n43 to version 3.0.3 n54
7356 Fixed problem where "stats export csv cpu_util" gives "Stats exported to file :
/var/opt/tms/stats/reports/(null).csv".
7917 Fixed problem that occurs when the user restarts the service while a system snapshot is being taken.
10829 Fixed a MAPI optimization problem.
