1. Upgrade the current version to the v3.2, which also includes the migration of the current data.

2. Upgrade from a v3.2 to the v3.5 or v3.5.2 using the P9000 Performance Advisor database

This utility supports the upgrade of P9000 Performance Advisor from the source P9000 Perform-
ance Advisor version 3.2 through 3.4 to the target P9000 Performance Advisor v3.5 through
v3.5.2. It also includes the automatic migration of the P9000 Performance Advisor data to the

3. Upgrade from a v3.5 or v3.5.2 to the v4.5, v4.5.1, v4.6, v5.0, or v5.1. Complete a set of
prerequisites and proceed with the upgrade process. For more information, see the HP Storage-

4. Upgrade from a v4.5, v4.5.1, v4.6, v5.0, or v5.1 to v5.2. Complete the prerequisite on adequate

Using a pre-3.5 version of P9000 Performance Advisor
If you are using a pre-3.5 version (v3.2 or later versions), do the following:
1. Upgrade the current version (v3.2 or later versions) to the v3.5 or v3.5.2, which also includes
the migration of the current data using the P9000 Performance Advisor database migration utility
