Performance Advisor install guide available
on Disk 1. Ensure that all the services have
started before you launch and start using
P9000 Performance Advisor.
NOTE:
While trying to troubleshoot this issue,
you can click Finish on the Installation
Complete window to exit the installation
wizard.
The installation wizard has detected that
the above-mentioned services have not
started. They should start for P9000
Performance Advisor to function properly.
The following
P9000 Performance
Advisor services
failed to start:
• P9000 Perform-
ance Advisor
<service name>
• P9000 Perform-

Release the required free disk space on
your management station. The installation
wizard will exit now. After the required
disk space is available, double click
PA_Server.exe to resume the installation
of P9000 Performance Advisor.
The installation wizard has detected that
sufficient disk space is not available on any
of the drives on this management station.
There must be at least 8GB of free space
available for the installation wizard to
proceed.

Delete the service manually by executing
the command sc delete
<service_name> in your management
station's command prompt window. You
can locate the sc.exe file in C:\
windows\system32 folder.
There was an error while deleting the

for further assistance in resolving the issue.
Also, provide the
PA_HA_32Install.log file for analysis.
There was an error installing the HP
StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor
Realtime Server. The host agent installation
will rollback. If the host agent installation
is on a 32-bit host, the
PA_HA_32Install.log file
(%temp%\PA_HA_32Install.log) has
additional details on the reason for failure.
