space on the disk.
Unable to collect configuration data due to
insufficient disk space. This error is logged
when collecting configuration information
through out-band collection. The disk space
needed to form the objects pertaining to
the configuration collection is unavailable
leading to this error.
There is not enough space on
the disk.Data Collections may
delay.
Insufficient disk space on the system. This
could potentially delay data collections.
This error is logged when the space
required to create the cache files of PA is
unavailable.
Check if the database service is running.
Error purging data.
Error during Database purging
The selected component in P9000 Tiered
Storage Manager may not be monitored
by P9000 Performance Advisor. Select a
valid component and then launch P9000
Performance Advisor.
Resource instance is either null
or empty. Please provide a valid
resource instance.
Invoking Performance Advisor from Tiered
Storage Manager fails.
Check if performance collection was done
for this array. If not, initiate performance
collection and then export after a set of
data is collected.
Java Null Pointer Exception
In Array View Ldev screen you may see a
Null pointer exception when export to csv
is attempted
Check for the following conditions:
1. Is the database service running?
2. Was the performance collection initi-
ated?
If the issue persists, contact HP Support with
the P9000 Performance Advisor log files.
Internal Error occurred while
submitting the request.
Internal error may occur while submitting a
request on the Troubleshooting while
creating or modifying an application, or
trying to plot a chart
There are no host agents configured.
Configure one or more host agents.
Error: No arrays are managed or
connected to MS.
Fresh installation may not have any arrays
until a hostagent is configured.
Check if the management station is
working, or connectivity to MS is not lost.
Error occurred while uploading
license key file <license-
file.dat>
Unable to load the license file.
Contact HP support.
Error occurred while performing
real time collections. If the
problem continues , please con-
tact HP Service.
Unable to use realtime collection.
Only one instance of realtime monitoring
is possible through a given host agent. Stop
the existing collection and select the
components again.
The selected host agent is
already in use for other real
time collection. Please select
any other available host agent.
Real-time monitoring fails if a collection
attempt is made using the same host agent.
