3. To add a new host (a RISS used to access archived messages), click Add.Toeditahost,selectthe
host and click Edit. Complete the followi ng steps:
a. Enter or ed it the host name or IP address in the dialog box tha t appears.
b. If the host is using a secure https connection, select the UseSecureConnectioncheck box.
c. Click OK
.
4. To remo ve a host, select the host and click Remove.
5. To change the order the hosts are queried, select a host and click Move Selected Item Up or Move
Select
ed Item Down.
6. The Search URL is the URL used when a user clicks the Search Archive button to access the RISS Web
Interface. To add or e dit this, enter the URL in the Search URL field.
7. Click
OK to apply the settings. Click OK again to close the Options dialog box.
Displaying th e About options
The About options displays the plug-in version, whether administrative mode is enabled, and where
diagnostic information is stored.
To display the About options:
1. Select Tools>Options>ArchiveOptions. The Archive Options panel of the Options dialog box is
displayed.
