SetPreferredPortConfiguration
Configure host port priorities for HP P6000 Continuous Access remote replication tunnels.
Syntax and arguments
When initially inserted into a job, the command syntax and default arguments are:
SetPreferredPortConfiguration ( %local_storsys_wwn%, %remote_storsys_wwn%, CONTROLLER_A, CONTROLLER_A,
HOSTPORT_1, PREFPORT_PRIORITY_1, TRUE, 10 )
Local Storage System WWN (%local_storsys_wwn%). Select or enter the WWN of the local storage
system on which the ports are being configured.
Remote Storage System WWN (%remote_storsys_wwn%). Select or enter the WWN of the remote
storage system to which the host ports are connected.
Local Controller. Select or enter the local controller (A or B) for which ports are being configured.
Remote Controller. Select or enter the remote controller (A or B).
Local Host Port. Select or enter the local host port being configured.
Local Host Port Priority. Select the priority for the host port.
Enable DR Port Checking. Enable (TRUE) or disable (FALSE) port checking.
Port Checking Interval. Set the interval (in minutes) at which the storage system checks for changes
in the host port settings. If the settings for a remote node have been modified, the new settings will
be implemented upon expiration of the check interval.
