To update the Alert History view –
1.Choose the following update options:
– To show only alerts regarding certain status conditions, choose a
condition (SOFT, HARD, All) in the pulldown list State type options.

Hard and Soft Status Condition Definitions , page 1-7.
– To show only certain types of alerts, choose an alert type in the
pulldown list History detail level. For example, choose Service critical
to show only alerts for services with status value CRITICAL.
– To hide certain types of alerts, turn on the appropriate Hide check
box.
– To change the alert list order, click the check box Older Entries
First.
2.Click Update.
