Setting up the RISS Outlook Interface
Before you can use the RISS Outlook Interface, your system administrator
must first install the Outlook plug-in, and then you must initialize your
Outlook account.
Supported Outlook versions
Use one of the following supported versions of Outlook when using the RISS
Outlook Interface:
• Outlook 2000
• Outlook 2002 (Outlook XP) with Service Pack 1
• Outlook 2003 with Service Pack 1
Installing the Outlook plug-in
Contact your system administrator or refer to the RISS Administrator Guide
for more information about installing the Outlook plug-in.
