3. To add a new host (a RISS used to access archived messages), click Add.Toeditahost,selectthe
host and click Edit. Complete the following steps:
a. Enter or edit the host name or IP address in the dialog box that appears.
b. If the host is using a secure https connection, select the UseSecureConnectioncheck box.
c. Click OK.
4. To remove a host, select the host and click Remove.
5. To change the order the hosts are queried, select a host and click Move Selected Item Up or Move
Selected Item Down.
6. The Search U RL is the URL used when a user clicks the Search Archive button to access the RISS Web
Interface. To add or edit this, enter the URL in the Search URL field.
7. Click OK to apply the settings. Click OK again to close the Options d ialog box.
Displaying the About options
The About options displays the plug-in version, whether administrative mode is enabled, and where
diagnostic information is stored.
To display the About options:
1. Select Tools>Options>ArchiveOptions. The Archive O ptions panel of the Options dialog box is
displayed.
2. Click About.

The About dialog box displays the following information:
• Version: Version of the installed plug-in.
• Admin M ode : Indicates whether this client is running in administrative mode and is set
externally by system administrators. If set to True, the client is locked and users cannot
