Description
Header
The header shows the name of the ema il miner (for example, . EM-S0-110-1), and
the version of the RIM for Messaging software (for exampl e, 1.05.0000).
Statistics Collected
The d ate and time that the statistics were c ollected (for example, 5/11/2 006
2:10:17 PM).
Sections
Each section in the min ing overview describes a major area inside the email
miner, together with an overall health status for that area. The sections include
information on:
• System services
• Configured tasks
• Journal mining
• Selective archiving
• Synchronized deleted items
• Tombstone maintenance
If a disabl
ed icon is displayed, the section is either disabled or data was not
availabl
e at the time statistics were coll ected.

System Services
The System Services section displays the health of the specific system services running on the email miner.

The following status types can be displayed:

The ser
vice is running a nd the Service Account is not set to LocalSystem.
(VNC Se
rver is expected to have LocalSystem as its Service Account.)

The service is stopped or the Service Account is set to LocalSystem. (VNC
Server is expected to have LocalSystem as its Service Account.)
The Service Information summary displays the red icon if any service is stopped
or the Ser vice Account is set to LocalSystem. Otherwise, the summary displays
the green icon.
Startup Type
Possible values for Startup Type are Auto, Manual, or Disabled.
Serv
ice Account
The n
ame of the service account.
Configured Tasks
The Configured Tasks section displays configuration information about tasks that have been cr eated and
modified using the Scheduler program.
