AdminMode=False: Indicates the machine is in Administrative mode. The default is False.
When set to True , the user is restricted from changing user-congurable settings.
Version=X.XXXX: Plug-in version. This should never be modied.

To repackage t
he installation for deployment with Software M anag em ent Server (SMS) or other client
management tools, components must be registere d.
In the following settings, @ indicates the default for the key specied. Some settings only create the key,
and specic values are not created.
In addition to registering components, a le association must be created to properly launch the message
exporting feature, also known as the Message Export Facility. To cre ate this le association, create
the following registry entries:
For [HKLM\S

Installing and conguring the Outlook plug-in for users
1. O n the user’s computer, close Outlook if open, and install the HP RISS Outlook plug-in by running
setup.exe on the Utilities CD.
2. Follow the Install Shield wizard instructions.
3. Open Outlook.
The Search Archive button is displayed in Outlook.
4. Select Tools > Options.
