7. Restart the Launch Manager service to make the new setting take effect.

Repeat this procedure as needed for all mailbox mining events.

Enabling a scheduled event

After a new event has been created, it must be edited to enable it and set other parameters.

Editing selective archiving events

The Selective Archiving Events window has a variet y of conﬁ gurable options:

• SMTP Address: Sele ct the SMTP Address check box and enter the RISS Virtual IP ( V IP) used for

SMTP. The VIP is the internal RISS domain that stores documents and is the same value as the

• Recipient Address: Select the Rec ipient Address check box and enter <user>@<riss-

domain.com>.Replace<riss-domain.com> with the na me of the RISS domain that should

store th

e E xchange server email. The domain name must correspond exactly to the name

speciﬁ

ed in Domain.jcml for this system. Note that more than one recipient can be spe ciﬁed,

by separating the addresses with commas.

• RISS Domain Name: Select the RISS Domain check box and enter the name of the internal RISS

domain

to which the email from this journal mailbox should b e stored. The Domain Name must

match exactly the domain name attribute speciﬁed in Domain.jcml.

• RISS Dom ain ID: Select the RISS Domain ID check box and enter the domain ID that matches the

domai

n name speciﬁed above. The Domain ID must match exactly the domain ID at tribute in

Domain.jcml.
